* WIND...SOUTH GUSTING TO 45 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 25 PERCENT

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE DURING THE DAY ON MONDAY. THE
  LOWEST RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES ARE EXPECTED MONDAY EVENING. 
  RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL RECOVER AFTER MIDNIGHT. 

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY. 
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
