* FLOOD WATCH FOR THE CHENA...LITTLE CHENA...AND CHATANIKA RIVER
  BASINS.

* FROM TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON

* ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN WILL FALL OVER THE CHENA...LITTLE
  CHENA...AND CHATANIKA RIVER BASINS THROUGH TUESDAY. LOCALLY
  HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE ALONG WEST FACING SLOPES.

* RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE THE CHENA...LITTLE
  CHENA...AND CHATANIKA RIVERS TO RISE RAPIDLY TO BANKFULL LEVELS.
  FLOODING IS POSSIBLE IN LOW LYING AREAS TUESDAY THROUGH
  THURSDAY. GRAVEL BARS WILL BE FLOODED AND INCREASED DEBRIS WILL
  BE MOVING DOWN THESE RIVERS. WATER MAY ALSO FLOOD MILEPOST 36.9
