* TIMING...RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL RECOVER ABOVE 15 PERCENT BY 10 
  PM AKDT TONIGHT. RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL FALL BELOW 15 PERCENT 
  AGAIN SATURDAY FRIDAY AFTER 2 PM AKDT.
