IS NOW IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 6 AM AKST SUNDAY. 

* BLOWING SNOW...REDUCING VISIBILITY TO ONE HALF MILE OR LESS
  AT TIMES.

* SNOW...2 TO 3 INCHES.

* WINDS...WEST AT 15 TO 25 MPH WITH LOCAL GUSTS TOM 40 MPH. ON
  SUMMITS...WEST WINDS 30 TO 50 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE RAPIDLY LATE THIS AFTERNOON WITH
  CONDITIONS RAPIDLY DETERIORATING BY EARLY THIS EVENING.
  CONDITIONS GRADUALLY IMPROVING AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT AS WINDS
  DIMINISH AND SNOW ENDS.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL BE GREATLY REDUCED AND SNOW WILL 
  ACCUMULATE INTO DRIFTS. WHITEOUT CONDITIONS MAY OCCUR. TRAVEL
