RAIN ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO NOON
AKST WEDNESDAY. 

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...LESS THAN FIVE HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BE MIXED AT TIMES WITH FREEZING RAIN AFTER
  MIDNIGHT TONIGHT AND CONTINUING UNTIL NOON WEDNESDAY.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT DUE TO SLIPPERY CONDITIONS.
