THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FAIRBANKS HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM
FRIDAY TO 3 PM AKST SATURDAY.

* BLOWING SNOW...WITH VISIBILITY OF ONE HALF MILE OR LESS.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST GUSTS TO 40 MPH.

* TIMING...BLOWING SNOW WILL CAUSE LOW VISIBILITY AFTER 9AM
  FRIDAY AS WINDS INCREASE. THE STRONGEST WINDS AND LOWEST
  VISIBILITY IN BLOWING SNOW WILL BE FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL BE GREATLY REDUCED AND SNOW WILL
