* BLOWING SNOW...REDUCING VISIBILITY TO ONE HALF MILE OR LESS AT 
  TIMES. 

* WINDS...WEST AT 25 TO 35 MPH.

* TIMING...CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL BE GREATLY REDUCED AND SNOW WILL
