THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FAIRBANKS HAS ISSUED A BLIZZARD
WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM AKST SUNDAY. 

THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* BLOWING SNOW AND SNOW...REDUCING VISIBILITY TO ONE QUARTER MILE
  OR LESS AT TIMES.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH GUSTING TO 50 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS EVENING. CONDITIONS
  WILL IMPROVE AFTER TONIGHT AS WINDS DIMINISH.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL BE VERY POOR AND SNOW WILL
