* WIND...IN TOWN...NORTHEAST WINDS 35 TO 50 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 
  60 MPH. THROUGH THOMPSON PASS...NORTHEAST WINDS 40 TO 55 MPH 
  WITH GUSTS TO 70 MPH. 

* TIMING...WINDS WILL RAPIDLY INCREASE THURSDAY EVENING AND PEAK 
  LATE THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING. 

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL MAY BE DIFFICULT. TREES AND POWER LINES MAY
